Marie,
I think forgivness has it's place, but so does justice. Cameron was drunk and he also left the scene. He was hardly punished for it.
Mr. Williams seems to be a genuinely good man, and if he wants to personally forgive the driver. Fine. The young man should have done 5-10 years of prison time, regardless.
